The owner of this website Angeliberta Software OÜ(hereinafter referred to as the developer) is 16123182(registry code), located at Narva, Estonia.
The validity of contract of sale, product and price information
The developer uses this website for TeravQuest library (hereinafter referred to as the product) distribution purposes. The conditions of sale apply to product’s versions can be purchased.
The prices are indicated next to appropriate product version. All prices are in Euros.
Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product.
Placing an order
Choose the desired version of the product and click the “Buy” button next to it. Fill in all of the required fields and click “Pay” button. This can be paid securely via the payment methods provided by Paysera. The payment methods depend on selected country.
NB! When using a bank link payment confirm the order and then click on the “Return to merchant” button.
The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transferred to authorized processor Paysera. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the developer.
After the transaction is confirmed, the system will send to the customer an e - mail to e - mail address provided by the customer during placing the order.
The e - mail contains the order details and a private link used to download purchased product(always up to date version). The customer must keep this information. The developer is not responsible for loss of the link. The customer has no rights to transfer the link to third parties. To obtain licensing information for the product refer to End User License Agreement.
If the transaction was completed, but the customer did not receive the e-mail, the customer must immediately inform the developer via email@example.com.
Right of withdrawal
In general, after receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the e-store within 14 days.
But, when buying things, the nature of which does not allow them to be returned, the purchaser cannot use right to withdraw from the contract. Thus, the customer understands, that the product purchased on this website complies to this condition and cannot be returned.
Settlement of disputes
All complaints made by a purchaser about the developer must be e-mailed to.
If the purchaser and the developer are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the developer. The resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.
A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
This site offers an opportunity for third-party developers to publish their game. Only non-commercial projects are accepted for publication. Angeliberta Software does not sell or distribute commercial third party projects. Use other resources for commercial projects.
To publish their game, a third-party developer must place the archive with the game on some cloud resource and send a link to the archive and a description of the game to firstname.lastname@example.org. After checking the game by the administration, it will be published on the site.
The content of the game must not violate the laws of the European Union. If the site owner receives complaints about the content of the game, it can be deleted without explanation.
Angeliberta Software does not receive any proprietary, intellectual, or other rights to the game by publishing a game from a third party developer.
Angeliberta Software is not responsible for the content or quality of games from third-party developers, as well as for any possible damage from the use of these applications.
